I graduated in May 2019 and of course I procrastinated ordering my, so I was faced with the dilemma…
I was in a rush to get my order, so I informed the company of that in the order comments. I told the company that I would be willing to pay extra for rush shipping because my graduation was in few days.
I am assuming that they saw it and had empathy for me because I got my stole in record time! I honestly couldn’t believe it.
Not only did I get my stole in record time, but the material was quality and heavy (unlike other stoles that I’ve seen). The colors were vivid and my stole looked exactly like the one advertised. I am very grateful for this company!
My niece is pledging AKA this semester and graduating in December, so I’m currently shopping for her stole now. I can’t wait until she gets hers too! I know she’ll love it just as much as I love mine.

I am going to give 5 stars even though I did not receive the product. In this time of COVID 19 I am trying to not be too harsh. Somehow my order was overlooked but upon contacting the company I received the best customer service possible. An apology, a refund immediately and had there been enough time I would have reordered.
So I cannot comment on the product but I can say this company has integrity and I would definitely do business with them again. Thanks for your quick response.
